2. A copy of your visa or COE (Not required for visa-exempt or visa-free entries)
3. A bank balance certificate for the payer (internet banking screenshots are acceptable) or employment verification document (e.g., employee ID, employment contract)

※If you have co-occupants, they must also provide documents 1 and 2.
※Japanese nationals are exempt from providing document 2.
※For contracts shorter than two months, full upfront payment is required, and only document 1 is necessary.

•Please be aware that early termination of the lease may incur a cancellation fee.

Stayed for 6 months to less than 1 year

Overall my stay was good, however I stayed in 2022 before, in the same building, just a different unit, and at that time, the room was much cleaner upon move in. This time, I had to do a thorough cleaning myself after moving in as some areas were quite dirty, and things like the frying pan were warped and old. Additionally, my previous unit had a rug under the couch, and this one didn’t, making it a bit cold in winter. Overall, Hmlet is great and very convenient, but a few small items like a nicer bedsheet and having a hair dryer available (even as an extra rental option at the beginning of the stay), would be better. Overall, still the best and most convenient option to stay with a pet in Tokyo

Stayed for 1 month to less than 6 months

Most of the things are good: we have enough furnitures, even including the pan, plates, chopsticks, glasses... etc., the room is small but was well designed, the staff quickly responded my request/question, very close to subway station (Mita line)... except one thing: during our stay, there was construction going on next door; so it was a bit noisy during the day. Houses in Japan are probably too close together, so this case is perhaps unavoidable.
