Staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive but seem limited in the scope which they can assist. Comfortable room; quiet. I wish Hmlet provided a few more amenities like general cleaning supplies to help keep the space clean; dishwashing soap, hand soap, laundry soap, general gentle cleansing supplies. With just a few extra considerate touches Hmlet could go from great to amazing.
