※Japanese nationals are exempt from providing document 2.
※For contracts shorter than two months, full upfront payment is required, and only document 1 is necessary.

The whole process was seamless, communicative, and hands off, and we encountered no issues during the whole process. The self move-in and move-out was extremely convenient and allowed us plenty of time and privacy. In addition, the apartment was furnished tastefully and provided a comfortable living environment for us. All the amenities were new, and everything worked perfectly. I can’t recommend Hmlet enough!
