※Japanese nationals are exempt from providing document 2.
※For contracts shorter than two months, full upfront payment is required, and only document 1 is necessary.

The staff have been fantastic, Ben the sales manager is always quick to respond, he is knowledgeable and reasonable. I would happily stay in Hmlet properties for the duration of my time living in Japan.
