Payment is generally accepted via credit card. (Bank transfers are also accepted under certain circumstances.)
For monthly payments, rent for the following month should be paid by the end of the current month.
For contracts shorter than two months, we only accept full advance payment, but for contracts of two months or longer, you can choose between full payment or monthly payments.
Our Studio type can accommodate up to two people. We also have Full 1-Bedroom and Full 2-Bedroom apartments available for families.
Of course you can move in. If you are a freelancer, you will be asked to show a certificate of income and a job description.
We offer a wide range of properties where you can have a small dog or cat. You can filter for 'Pet-Friendly' properties on the search page under 'More'.
Even large dogs are allowed at some properties, so please feel free to contact us. In either case, a pet fee of 110,000 yen will be charged.
Yes. You will need to handle the procedures yourself at the municipal office.
To collect your keys, simply enter the provided password into the designated device or lockbox at the property. This will grant you access to both the building and your room. No staff will be present, so you can move in anytime from midnight on your move-in day.
