Our Studio type can accommodate up to two people. We also have Full 1-Bedroom and Full 2-Bedroom apartments available for families.
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can enter into contracts freely with no restrictions.
Foreigners need a valid pass that permits freelance or self-employed work.
Members are welcome to keep pets, limited to dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils, with a maximum of 3 pets per unit. An additional fee of SGD $100 per month applies. Dogs aged 3 months and older must be licensed and vaccinated.
Yes. You will need to handle the procedures yourself at the respective government office.
To collect your keys, simply enter the provided password into the designated device or lockbox at the property. This will grant you access to both the building and your room. No staff will be present, so you can move in anytime from midnight on your move-in day.
